Rajendra Chodankar is indeed the Founder, Promoter, and Chairman of RRP S4E INNOVATION PVT LTD, a Technology Consulting Company specializing in Electro-optics. The company's core areas of expertise include the design and development of Medical Devices, Thermal Imaging Systems, and Night Vision Devices.
He’s embarked on his professional journey in the year 1990, and in 1996, he initiated the incorporation of a private limited firm with a focus on providing specialized systems in mass spectrometry, vacuum systems, and elemental analysis. As a promoter of Mechvac, he played a key role in establishing a unique nano-machining facility in 2001, which was the first of its kind in India.

In 2004, successfully established a prototyping facility for production purposes. The company achieved a significant milestone in 2005 when it produced 1000 modules with a remarkable 1-micron tolerance across the board. The production volume further increased to nearly 3000 modules by 2010, showcasing the company's growth.
In 2012, He's expertise extended to the production of large-size telescopes for MACE telescopes, primarily utilized in space applications. Additionally, in 2016, his company manufactured over 10,000 optical components for a Thermal Imaging Fire Control System (TIFCS) intended for TT2.

Finally, in 2018, He established RRP S4E to provide comprehensive design capabilities for full-scale production. The company leverages its strengths in electro-optics to deliver innovative solutions in the field.

M V Gowtama

Innovative and, leading from the front, quick thinking with a remarkable memory, excellent communication skills, a cool and calm demeanour, and dynamism are the hallmarks of Mr. M V Gowtama, Former CMD of Bharat Electronics Limited.

Mr. Gowtama took charge as General Manager (Technology Planning) at BEL’s Corporate Office on February 1, 2010. Under his leadership, a Knowledge Management Portal was created. He was instrumental in bringing out a comprehensive R&D Manual and the R&D Vision Document. He initiated the drive for Collaborative R&D.

Mr. Gowtama later served as General Manager (Military Communications)/BEL-Bengaluru Unit, where he spearheaded the development and production of Software Defined Radio (SDR) for the defence forces. He was Executive Director (Missile Systems) at BEL’s Bengaluru Unit before he took charge as the Chairman and Managing Director on 8th November 2016.

During his tenure, BEL grew at a CAGR of 12%. Under his leadership, BEL achieved the landmark turnover of Rs.13,818 Crores during FY 2020-21 despite the challenges posed by the COVID19 Pandemic & intense competition. Under his dynamic leadership, BEL’s order book has grown to Rs. 53,000 Crs at a healthy pace. The 30,000 ICU ventilators supplied to the Govt of India to combat the pandemic in a record time is a feather in his cap.

He was instrumental in pursuing business in the non-defence segment - Homeland Security solutions, Smart City, Energy Storage Products including e-Vehicle Charging Stations, Solar, Space Electronics including Satellite integration, Network & Cyber Security, Railways & Metro Solutions, Airport Solutions, Medical Electronics, Composites and Software Solutions. He set up new Strategic Business Units and micro SBUs to address these new areas.
Mr. Gowtama has engineered strategic partnerships with leading global players as well as in the domestic segment for long-term business growth and expansion. He has expanded the global footprint of BEL by opening marketing offices in Vietnam, Myanmar, Oman, and Sri Lanka.
Mr. Gowtama has given greater thrust to R&D for increasing indigenization and value addition in products/systems. BEL’s total investment on R&D as a percentage of turnover is the highest among defence PSUs. Mr. Gowtama was instrumental in setting up Product Development & Innovation Centre (PD&IC) at Bengaluru.
Mr. Gowtama is passionate about the competency enhancement of the employees. He advocates improving their skills for present and future roles. He spearheaded setting up the BEL Academy for Excellence. Mr. Gowtama is a champion of Corporate Social Responsibility.
With Mr. Gowtama at the helm, BEL has won a host of prestigious awards including the CII EXIM Bank Business Excellence Award (2018) for Bangalore Complex and the Jury’s Commendation for Role Model Organisation. Mr. Gowtama has won many accolades for being a wonderful leader: ‘Business Leader of the Year’ Award; CEO with HR Orientation Award; Engineering Council of India's Commendation Award; Great Son of the Soil Award; Hall of Fame Award by Manufacturing Today; Amity Leadership Award for Business Excellence and Most Enterprising CEO in Electronics Sector.
Post his superannuation from BEL, Mr M V Gowtama joined the Boards of Nibe Limited, Anshuni Commercials Limited, CoreEL Technologies Pvt Ltd, Techware Pvt Ltd, S3V Vascular Technologies Pvt Ltd and Crystal Matrix Pvt Ltd.

Virendra Singh

Virendra Singh is a highly accomplished individual with extensive experience in the fields of electronics and telecommunications engineering, defense opto-electronics production, and quality control/assurance. He graduated from I.E.T.E. in New Delhi with a degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering. During his academic journey, he received a fellowship from the Institute of Engineers India (FIE), Kolkata and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi.

After completing his education, He served as a civil servant and Group-A DQAS (Directorate of Quality Assurance Services) officer for nearly 25 years in the defense ministry and government of India. His responsibilities primarily focused on defense opto-electronics production and quality control/assurance, indicating his expertise in these areas.

In addition to his professional achievements, he is also a veteran, having served in the Indian Navy for 19 years. His military experience further enhances his knowledge and skills in the defense sector.

Currently, He holds the position of Technical Director at RRP S4E Innovation Pvt. Ltd., where he likely utilizes his vast expertise to provide technical guidance and support for the company's innovative projects and initiatives.

L. M. Singh is an accomplished professional who currently holds the position of Executive Director at RRP S4E Innovation Pvt Ltd. His role entails overseeing the organization's daily operations, logistics, and purchasing functions.

Mr. Singh completed his postgraduate studies at Allahabad University, which provided him with a strong academic foundation. Following his education, he joined the Ministry of Finance's Revenue Service as an appraising officer, where he gained valuable experience in assessing and evaluating financial matters.

During his impressive 29-year tenure, Mr. Singh also served in the Department of Customs, where he held various positions and managed several departments. His extensive experience in the customs sector likely provided him with a deep understanding of customs regulations, trade processes, and international logistics.

As the Executive Director of RRP S4E Innovation, Mr. Singh leverages his expertise in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and handling purchasing activities. Pramod is an MBA graduate from Mumbai University. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering (Hons) from BITS Pilani.

He is a Managing Director at Intellecap, an Investment Banking arm of Aavishkaar group, a leading catalyst of equitable development globally by supporting entrepreneurial intervention through the provision of risk capital.

He has almost three decades of experience in structured finance, Investment Banking and private credit with an exceptional track record of leadership. Before joining Intellecap, he was country head-investment banking at Indusind Bank. He has also served as a director at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank’s global markets team as a coverage banker.

He has extensive deal experience in India in sectors like Tech Enabled Impact oriented businesses, Healthcare, Infrastructure, industrials and logistics amongst others.

Also, Currently he is on the board of Advanced Enzymes Ltd, Fermenta Biotech, Natural Capsules Ltd, Saisilk Kalamandir Ltd as an Independent director.
